Very slow progress just changes in my shape rather than numbers on the scales. Christmas is very close and getting into the spirit a little too much.

I'm just curious of hiw much fat protein and carbs I should be eating. I'd like to lose weight quicker without felling hungry. I thought maybe less carbs and more protein to keep me fuller for longer. Thankyou for replying it's really helpful.
