So I’ve 14lb/18lb to lose. I’m just wondering what people’s thoughts are on fasting. Can you still drink water or diet pop whilst doing this. Also recommended opening windows for best results.

So I jog/intervals on the treadmill 5x a week. I’m currently trying to lose weight but nothing is moving. I’m a 5.2 female weighing 140lb so how many calories should I be eating when I burn around 400 calories through exercise.

So I’m currently doing around 40 mins on the stair master on level 10. Will this help me lose weight.

Calorie intake
Hi all. I've currently got mfp calorie intake set at 1350. I'm a 5.2 female weighing around 9.7 and wanting to lose 14lb. I do cardio 5x a week, jogging on the treadmill and try to walk alot. Would you say my calories are good and could achieve this loss in 3 months.
