Calorie intake

Hi all.
I've currently got mfp calorie intake set at 1350. I'm a 5.2 female weighing around 9.7 and wanting to lose 14lb. I do cardio 5x a week, jogging on the treadmill and try to walk alot. Would you say my calories are good and could achieve this loss in 3 months.

    Good calorie goal and realistic weight loss goal. Log correctly and you won't be very off. Just remember to eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories.

    Yes you're going to lose roughly 1lb a week which is a good goal. That's what I'm aiming for too.

    I never knew to eat so much back of my calories I've burnt. Very helpful thankyou.
