I over did my walking on Wednesday. I chose to walk the 2 miles instead of the 30 minutes and I've been paying for it. I was too sore yesterday to do my walking so I'm going to walk yesterday's 45 minutes and do today's abs. So from now on, or at least till I'm used to the work, I'm going to shoot for the time limits…

I forgot to add in my measurements yesterday so here they are... Weight: 215.6 Chest: 43 Arms: 15.5 Waist: 41.5 Hips: 47 Calves: 15.5 Day 2: walked 1 hour 9 minutes, 2.32 miles, 5,891 steps I wasn't able to get to the abs but I might do them before bed
