I hope your foot heals soon! Swimming is great for weight off the joints. Don't feel discouraged. 13.5 pounds is awesome. Plus just think awhile ago you were in the 260s and now your in the 240s. Before you know it you'll be in the 230s. Good luck JB :)

I'm back. Guess I'm starting at day one but at 250 lbs haha. Mom's doing well. Cancer in breast is small. Lump and limp node being removed on April 1 then 25 rounds of radiation. She is lucky it was caught early. So back to focusing on hitting my goal.

Thank you. She is staying positive and wants to keep working out till surgery in a couple weeks. She has been my workout buddy.
