I didn't really need to count calories after I started portion control. I would estimate around 1500 calories a day. Portion control incorporating healthy food. Lean protiens, dairy grains fruit veggies. Drink allot of water and be more active. That's pretty much it.

It took right at a year. I'm still not done. I have about 30 more lbs to lose.

I basically just stopped overeating and started drinking allot of water. I would estimate my calories between 1200 and 1500 a dat.I Eat more nutritious foods than junk.

Thank you. Honestly the more I didn't focus on the scale the quicker time passed. I have days I eat junk. I don't consider them cheat meals just things I eat less of and less often. So if I feel like a cheeseburger and a milkshake once in a while (usually around "that time") I have it.

I'm 30 so I was a little scared about it. Its not as tight as it was before I gained but I pictured allot worse.

I'm 5'2 and my skin issues aren't as bad as I feared I think with excersize and time it will tighten completely.

You have to make a lifestyle change. This is a permanent choice to stop doing things that sabatoge your weight loss/maintenance. Awesome! I know what you mean something that helped the time go faster was focusing on the changes I made not the results. As the saying goes a watched pot never boils. You'll get there I'm still working on my goals. Keep up the good work.

I try to make healthier choices most of the time. Not allot of fast food more natural sugars than junk etc. I am not on a strict diet by any means but I drink allot of water and I get tan very easily. :)

It doesn't make you lose weight but it does temporarily tighten your skin. Taking care of yourself via diet and exercise is your best option for weight loss and skin tightening.
