Exercise. At least, for me. It takes my mind off of everything and I don't have to think about anything stressful.

Start slow, once or twice a week and work your way up. Music helps me for running because then I don't have to focus on the pain XD

I use BodyLab TastyShake Complete Whey Protein Powder. It's 90 calories a scoop, 2 carbs, 2 fat, and 15 protein. Even though its low in fat, you could put it in a smoothie with some nut butter to even it out. I get it for about $18, but it's a pretty big container, so it's worth it.

Hey, 5'1 woman, 119 trying to get to 100. Stay within the calorie goal. If you need treats, fit them in the calorie goal, otherwise you might end up binging.

Good luck! I'm trying to lose too!

Go on a walk or run after school. Then do homework or something to distract yourself. It helps me from eating after school. If you're still hungry, try to eat protein.
