Every. Single. Day. I binge on like 20x the amount for a normal person. I need to stop, and tips or help?

The question is WHY do you eat? Is it because you skip breakfast and lunch and get home and are starving? Are you eating because you're unhappy?

I eat a small breakfast and lunch, and when I get home I want one thing that I know I shouldn't have (ex: a cheese bun) next thing I know I've had 10 cookies an entire tub of yogurt a crepe, etc.

Take a walk or work out first.

Two things - you may be restricting too much during the day with small breakfast and lunch so you're so hungry after school. In that case, make your meals bigger! The other tip is to eat something small right at the end of the day before you leave or on your way home.

I have one more tip unrelated to the food, but changing your routine sometimes helps. Can you go to the gym after school instead of going straight home? Sometimes that break from your norm can change a bad habit.

Go on a walk or run after school. Then do homework or something to distract yourself. It helps me from eating after school. If you're still hungry, try to eat protein.
