hi everyone-i just turned 37 and am a 5'3" female weighing 141 pounds...I'm looking to drop 21 pounds and get to 120...how does everyone stay motivated and not give into cravings??

    Hey, 5'1 woman, 119 trying to get to 100.
    Stay within the calorie goal. If you need treats, fit them in the calorie goal, otherwise you might end up binging.

    Hi, I'm a 49 year old almost 50 female who has her last 15 pounds to lose. I have a husband and two teenage boys. There's a lot of junk in my house you could say.
    I stay motivated by putting a picture of the fat me on the fridge next to a picture of the skinny me on the fridge. We are almost to our goal! If you crave candy say buy the prepackaged mini candy bars and work that into your total calorie count for the day. Fiber One bars are really good too.

    thank u ladies for the tips!!

    I love the idea of posting a fat me vs skinny me pics on the fridge! also-i will buy the m&m mini packs and fit one each into my 1200/day calorie limit if i really need a sugar fix!
