  • Oh wow. I didn't notice the date this was posted. I wonder why it is still showing up on the first page?
  • @onthatStuff When people hear you coming down the hall (i.e., Thunder Thighs rubbing together) way before they see you! LOL  Also, when your butt stops fitting in the seats at your favorite concert venue. Real personal experiences, people. LOL  Michelle
  • @missIssa36 You should have kicked his a** to the curb a long time ago! LOL  You need real love and support. My husband loves me no matter what weight I'm at. He is always there to support me, no matter what I choose to do. That selfish loser was all about elevating himself and keeping you down. Wait for the right…
  • @chena_212007 Keto just may be the answer for you too. Look into it, and best of luck! Michelle
  • @bevrli80 Great job, but you need to lower your carbs for better results. I started Keto on 6/2/2017, and as of 6/7/2017, I have lost 12.4 lbs. I weigh myself again tomorrow. You should be keeping your net carbs, which are your total carbs minus your total fiber and total sugar alcohols (sugar alcohols, not sugars),…
  • @christinecameron901 Congratulations!! There are probably many websites and YouTube channels with recommendations on how to eat after cancer. Maybe you should consult a nutritionist who can personalize a diet for you based on what you like, and what your body needs right now? I personally just started Keto, but I…
  • @amymoreorless I had the same issue after losing 86 lbs. I started yoyoing non-stop. You may want to look into the Keto diet for those last lbs. I started mine on 6/2/2017, and by 6/7/2017, I was down 12.4 lbs! I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow. I can hardly wait to see those numbers drop on the scale!…
  • @julier1991 Hi there! 56 years young, 57 on the 13th, female here. I got into a slump after losing 86 lbs. You know the routine, gaining some back, losing some of what you gained, gaining that back, and on and on it goes! LOL  I decided to start Keto on 6/2/2017, and by 6/7/2017, I was down 12.4 lbs.…

  • @CharlieBeansmomTracey I thought so! Especially when I went to that website. It was very interesting, BTW. Thanks again! I learned quite a bit. I am so glad to hear that you have your medical condition under control. You should think about making YouTube videos. I'm sure a lot of people would…
  • @CharlieBeansmomTracey  Thank you so much for the helpful information and the link! You sound like you are in the medical profession. Are you, or are you just that well informed? Sorry to hear about your medical condition. I hope you have that under control, as much as you possibly can. I am not familiar with that…
  • @fatblatta  Thank you the encouragement, and thank you so much for the link! Have an awesome, fat burning day! Michelle
  • @jeaniedev, @JohnnyLowCarb, @sumkay02, @mca90guitar, @TeraMB  I just realized that I was putting your names in wrong for my responses to you (Oops!), so I wanted to make sure you know I answered you! Take Care! Michelle
  • @CharlieBeansmomTracey  Hmmm? That's what I have read on a number of sites and seen on the videos I have watched on YouTube. Do you have a link to the website(s) you are getting this info from? I don't want to be giving people the wrong info. I am just so excited with the results, that I want to share that success…
  • @mtague7733  I am using Keto sticks too, and I am definitely in Ketosis right now. Between the second third color from the highest. I have had lots of energy. Of course, I make sure I am well hydrated and drink 2-3 Muscle Milk Lights per day for protein and vitamins on top of what I eat. Maybe that's why you feel a…
  • Hi Everyone! I just discovered a website called Wicked Stuffed filled with Keto recipes. I also recommend Headbanger's Kitchen and TPH Keto Desserts on YouTube. The latter is for all of you who still want your sweets now and then. Happy Keto-ing!! Michelle

In fact, it's been super easy for me to follow. Yes, please check out the videos on the channels I recommended. These are real people with common sense advice. They tell you…
  • Hi marc7341! :) Just go to Settings, then Privacy Settings. Choose Public for your Food Diary. Hope this helps! ;) Michelle
  • Hi andyzee69! :) I too sit on my butt 98% of the day. I lost 86 lbs in 7 months sticking to a 1200 calorie diet. I have hip issues, so I did not exercise during those entire 7 months. Of course, I stalled for a while, gaining and losing the same 15 lbs over and over. Very frustrating. I was watching YouTube, when I…
  • Hi Crystalscoops! I have sciatica, and that's exactly what it feels like. I carry a lot of my weight in my hips and stomach, which puts extra pressure on my back. I also sit for very long periods of time at my job, which also contributes to sciatica. I would suggest going to your doctor to get diagnosed. They can refer you…
  • Hi Jessicaturner58! You are very welcome! ;) grmrsan has some great advice! Trail mix or nuts would provide a lot of protein and the good fats your body needs to function. :) Best of luck to you! Michelle
  • Hi beckylynn03! I had that same yoyoing after losing 86 lbs. I just keep gaining, and losing the little that I'd gained again and again, making no progress whatsoever. Very frustrating. After watching some very inspiring videos on YouTube, I started the Keto Diet on 6/2/2017. As of 6/7/2017, I have lost 12.4 lbs. Yes, you…

  • I drink Muscle Milk Light 2 to 4 times a day. It's not a replacement for food, just a supplement, but at least you'd be getting your protein and vitamins. That would improve your energy level, as well as your anemia. I drink them because I am not a meat eater, so I have run into the same issues as you. Hope this helps! ;)…
  • The point of working out is to create a bigger calorie deficet. If you eat those additional calories, you are essentially working out for nothing.
  • Hi Nifty50fitandlean! I can totally relate. I'm 56, 57 on June 13th, and after losing 89 lbs, the girls are starting to look like two empty wine bags! LOL  Thank goodness for my underwire pushup bra! ;)
  • Hi LanaMua! Try the Keto diet. Check out Butter Bob Briggs, Goody Beats, and Keto Connect on YouTube. This is what motivated me, and I have lost 12.4 lbs in 5 days! That's right, only 5 days. Just what I needed to jumpstart my weightloss! :) Feel free to message me if you have any questions. ;)
  • UPDATE: As of 6/7/2017 I have lost an additional 5.8 pounds!! Awesomeness!!!! That is a total weightloss of 12.4 pounds in 5 days (6/2/2017 - 6/7/2017)!!
  • Hi brookielaw! : ) I can relate to the boob situation. I went down from a 48D to a 42B, and they are starting to look like two empty wine bags! LOL :D Thank goodness for pushup bras! ;)
  • I was a US size 24W-26W, sometimes 26W-28W when I started. I am now down to a 16W. Hopefully, my new Keto diet regimen will get me down to a size 8-10 this year! ;)
