Hi I'm 4ft8 and was given the same estimate . I egnored it at first and went for 900kcals and I couldn't lose weight as soon as I upped it to 1200kvals Ive been losing weight steadily at about 1-2lb a week . Hope that helps :-)

I really don't like weight watchers at all . Its main aim it to loos weight only and not to change your lifestyle to improve your health . Just check the amount of salt and preservatives on the back . If anything the food is bad for you . Plus there expensive and you can eat so much better spending the money on fresh…

I completely understand what your going through . I was the same . The thing I do before I go out is fill up on water and never go out hungry . It made me not want to drink alot or eat a load of food when I was on way home . Also research which kind of beer is the lowest in calorie and stick to that brand . I hoPe this…
