You look amazing! So much younger. Well done.

Avocado on toast is a handy breakfast or omelette (I usually throw in mushroom, onion and tomato with paprika and garlic to flavour) Lunch can be a good homemade soup with beans, peas or lentils. Beans on toast if you are in a hurry. All the Quorn products are decent protein wise and handy for a wrap or sandwich. For…

My daughters arms go all the way round me when we hug. Happened for first time this morning. She was SO excited. That’s enough to keep me going.

Why not try the healthy eating approach for a period of time, see how it goes and then decide?

After going through many, Sun Warrior is my go to. I even look forward to it. I prefer the vanilla flavour
-
Sun Warrior. I prefer vanilla to chocolate but both are better than anything else I have tried.

Thanks so much for that!!! You look amazing! That's where I want to be. I want it so much, not just for me, but for my hubby and daughter too. Upped my protein, upped my exercise and cut calories. Any other tips great fully accepted! Congrats lady! I hope you are very proud of yourself and your amazing achievement! X

Needed to see these pics this morning! 5'1 and currently 224. Goal of 130 ish. Started a gym routine a few weeks ago. At this about a year now. Stalled a couple of times and gained twice. I've decided to be very selfish for the next year and turn down most social occasions in the hope that I will stop derailing. Here's…

Interesting! I take zinc, B vits, magnesium and vit D daily. Frustrating that I can't measure the quantity on Mfp. Might take a peek at the other one you mentioned.

I love almond milk. So much calcium, so little calories. 600ml everyday here.
-
Once I upped my protein my cravings for fatty, Carb loaded meals disappeared. I just added Greek yogurt, protein powder and the odd protein bar to get macros correct.
-
You aware doing brilliant so far. You are so pretty! The doorway pics are a great measuring stick!! What a difference a few months can make. Can't wait to see the next set of pics.

Are you getting enough magnesium?
-
I take a protein shake with almond milk that is v high protein and has lots of vitamins also. It's called sun warrior. Comes in chocolate flavour so you could curb your sweet tooth also. It costs me €50 a tub and that lasts well over a month. Also boots do some very good value vitamins; i currently take magnesium, Vit D, B…

What a transformation! Can you tell us how different your life is now? Very inspirational.

You are not in a bad place. You have 3 sets of 10lbs to shift. It's not a big challenge. Add on the other 25lbs and this time next year you could easily be at maintainence. What would you prefer, feel the same this time next year or be heading on to a new challenge? You are in control, whether you feel you are or not.…

Amazing!!

My saviours are Greek yogurt, sun warrior protein (I prefer vanilla flavour and have it with almond milk) and protein bars. They are expensive but at 20g protein each it's a handy way to reach goal. If it was me I would slowly work up to the protein goal if your body is not used of it. I suffered from bad cramping as well…

Dark chilli chocolate, a really spicy starter at dinner time seems to help with cravings all evening, tablespoon of peanut butter on low cal rice cake with banana and or a protein bar depending on how many calories I have.

Bump for later.

precooked omelette with onion, tomato and lots of mushrooms. Side salad of lettuce, tomato, onion, walnut and buckwheat seed with balsamic vinegar. Yum Yum!
