I’m able to cross my legs again! Was sitting in the neighbours garden chatting away. Next thing I realise I’ve crossed my legs. It’s the little things that mean so much

No longer obese is the BEST news. I can’t imagine how good that must feel! I’ve such a long ways to go and my tummy is literally a massive issue for me. I’ve really found your thread to be most inspirational. Looking forward to seeing your continued success x

Amazing progress! Look at those legs! That is some serious dedication paying off. I really needed to see this today. How else have you changed? Energy / happiness etc?

I’ve had a similar problem. It turned out it was an easy fix but I did need the dr. I looked for answers online and used every theory under the sun to explain it. The only thing that helped was a visit to the dr.

For dairy free eggnog I use cashew milk because it is very creamy. I add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to 400ml of cashew milk. Brew with preferred spices, I love nutmeg and cinnamon. You can also throw in some cashews and blend them.

I don’t know if you have Schloer but I got the red grape juice at the weekend and made “mulled wine” with it. It was so good my guests didn’t realise it had no alcohol. I used fresh oranges, blackberries, blueberries, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice, a grate of ginger and a tiny bit of a red chilli pepper. I also…

Longtime vegetarian. Use lots of Quorn and other meat sub products.

Aubergine, courgette and goats cheese should all be banished to a big black hole, never to be seen or heard of again.

Garden, walking, chill with my dogs, burn essential oils, do guided meditation, take a guilt free nap, cook healthy food. Probably the most important thing I’ve done this year, is recognising potential stress points and getting rid of or dealing with the situation before it grows momentum.

Same story here. Back at it since August.

Really enjoyed reading that. You have a great way with words. Looking forward to instalment two. Wishing you continued success on your journey.

I’d devide the 1033 over the next couple days and eat in extra deficit so the week balances out.

WOW! Well done and continued success

Fantastic achievement! Goes to show what some willpower, dedication and hard work can achieve. Thanks for the great inspiration

The exercising feels better after the first few weeks. This time round I realise I can stick with it and achieve or stay in this really negative cycle of loosing, quitting and starting all over again. I remind myself that life will be better physically and emotionally if I just stick it out this time.

Yes, I am vegetarian and really enjoyed it. My hubby and daughter were with me (both meat eaters) and they really enjoyed the food. Plenty of choice, fresh and wholesome. I’m Irish but we head over annually for an event and always make the effort to dine there. I will check it out. Since your name is "veggie" can I assume…

You are looking great!

Hey everyone. Have more to shake off than the rest of you guys, 82lbs exactly 😀 Vegetarian for years and eat vegan often. Would love some friends that log regularly! Often don’t hit macros so would love some inspiration

Bodega Bar and Cantina in Birmingham is excellent. Also totally agree with the Indian suggestion. Enjoy!
