Hello! Are there any other vegetarians or vegans here, in the UK or Ireland (or anywhere really) who fancy being MFP buddies? It'd be nice to get a bit of inspiration from what other people eat (and share victories). I'm pretty unimaginative and find having to think about food so boring, ha ha.

I'm not vegan or vegetarian but occasionally my meals are meat/dairy free. I make a mean falafel, veggie soup or curry.2

@TavistockToad Yeah pretty simple, I throw all the ingredients in a food processor and then roll them into balls and bake/fry. https://www.exercisenotextrafries.com/single-post/2017/03/12/Recipes---Anges-Falafel
They keep in fridge for few days but can also be frozen for cooking later.2 -

You just need to tap the name to bring up the user card and then tap on the name again and that will bring up the profile then you can add as friend.1
