It's saying you will weigh 200 more pounds? That's weird. Usually it will say "if everyday were like this you would weigh 'so & so' weight in 5 weeks!" Could be an error with the app itself though! As long as you know what you're eating & how many calories you're consuming, you will be fine! Technology is just wonderful,…

Feel free to add! We can motivate each other! Lol.

Thank you everyone! I'm still new to this & was just making sure I was doing it properly. I appreciate the help! (:

The insanity I've done for a month. The weight strength training, this last week.
-
A day. Lol. Usually 300 when working out.

That does make sense! So if I stay within my calorie intake, I basically should be fine, right? If I burned 2,000 calories, I won't be eating back the 2,000. Isn't it like 25% or something like that you eat back?
-
I have a 1,500 calorie intake. I don't eat back everything I burned. I watch my Marcos also. I'm not really sure how to word this lol. I guess maybe is too much protein going to make me gain weight? I'd like to be toned. I already lost 10 lbs. sorry that I'm being a little confusing cause I'm confusing myself lol

I know it won't make me loss weight? I'm not sure how to word it. Lol.

Hey there! I'm a newbie to this as well. Only had the app for 30 days. But what has helped me is meal planning days in advance! If my meals are planned out, then I'm less tempted to snack on something else. Also I had purchased a Fitbit. That has helped me keep track of the calories I burned through out the day, how many…

Hey there! What helps with my eating habits is meal planning! I have my whole day of meals planned ahead of time. & with my exercise adjustment it's nice seeing the calories I burned & that I have a few extra calories left over. Feel free to add!

Hey there! What keeps me motivated is being able to be healthy & feeling comfortable with myself. I have 2 nephews & 2 nieces & 1 on the way. I want to be able to be active with them outside without being out of breath. Feel free to add me! We can motivate each other along the way! :)

Silk almond creamer! About 20 calories per serving (2 tbsp) I think like 3 sugars. gluten free. Dairy free. There's vanilla, hazelnut & Carmel!

Starting weight: 154lbs Current weight: 144.6lbs Goal weight: 135 lbs.

I can't cut off coffee but I did cut off the cream. I use Silk Almond creamer. Less calories, no dairy, gluten free, only 3 sugars. Different flavors as well. Vanilla, hazelnut & caramel. :) it's delicious. & usually just drink coffee on my days off which is two days a week. I used to drink it all day everyday.

In my first month I lost 5lbs.... But! I lost inches in my waist, thighs, back & stomach. I paid attention to what I ate, how much I ate & so on. It was frustrating but at the end of the day I was proud of myself for doing it the right way with a healthy life style plus daily exercise. You can do it too! Just don't give…
