Can anyone help me get started, walk me Through the do's & do nots to get the most from this app!?!?

    Hey there! I'm a newbie to this as well. Only had the app for 30 days.
    But what has helped me is meal planning days in advance! If my meals are planned out, then I'm less tempted to snack on something else.
    Also I had purchased a Fitbit. That has helped me keep track of the calories I burned through out the day, how many steps I walked, my sleep schedule & it's more accurate the calories I burned when I work out.
    If the Fitbit is not for you, there's other heart rate & calorie equipment to help you :)
