It took about a year to get to where I am now but that was with some 'hick ups' along the way. I don't feel weird at all I actually love it. I don't get sad at the store anymore when I'm trying on clothes and I'm finally comfortable in a bikini. Definitely right at home, and I feel more active now too!

So it took about a year but I lost the first 15 rather quickly. It starts to take longer to lose weight the lower you get because I was also building muscle which weighs more than fat!

So since I've posted this I've lost 15 pounds thanks to this app! It's crazy to look back just 6 months ago and see how far I've come. The invite it still open to join on the fitness journey!

@lilytomlin97 ugh I know how that goes; the boyfriend weight gain is the worst! Haha they spoil you with food and treats then all of a sudden you're overweight saying "what happened!?" You'll get the body you want by August no problem!

Interval training is really good with swimming! As a beginner I would say sprint a lap: you have 60seconds. However much time you have left is your break till your next lap. Do this 10-15 times. Ahh I've been lucky with weather, I'm in Texas so it hasn't been colder than 60° in weeks! I usually just go on long runs and do calisthenics at the house cause I can't afford a gym membership right now @NicoleS16
