My opinion is both. I strength train 3-4 days a week....i do cardio about 3-5 days a week as well

Simply get back on track for your next meal. Dont restrict cos it can lead to a restrict/binge cycle.

no not at all....just do you....if a less aggressive goal works, but is more sustainable then it is a better option long term wise.

I am 5"9....started at 173.1 kilos/380 pounds....currently just under 120 kilos/264 pounds....would like to get down to 75 kilos/165 pounds

Agreed with previous posters....you would only want a small deficit...if after a period of time on a small deficit if you dont lose lower it (at a slow rate)
