  • I did not say she would gain weight from not eating enough....I was just trying to be helpful and suggest that by not eating enough it was not helping her weight loss goals. I have seen it happen before....
  • My first thought is that maybe you aren’t eating enough? If you are eating under what you should be you probably won’t lose weight.
  • What if your exercise calories are created by tracking on an Apple Watch? Do you think that is accurate enough or should one err on the side of caution and not eat all the calories it says?

  • I’m in the same boat except I did not have a 6 pound loss. I don’t have a lot to lose but it’s just Frustrating to work out as much as I do and not see the results on the scale. I feel like my clothes might be fitting a little better so I am trying to not obsess over the numbers on the scale.
