My diary is open because I find it gives me a sense of accountability. I try to log everything i put in my mouth lol. If the person has their wall set to private then yes, you'd need to friend request them, but even then some people don't open up their food diary's because they prefer to count calories on their own. If the…

@kc116206 I have the exact same problem, and want to avoid breast reduction surgery too! So every time I'm at the gym I squeeze in a Set of chest excercises. And It's been working really well for me, down from a DD to a tight D last summer. My goal is to try to see if I could get down to a C. At first, I was afraid I'd get…

It changed/saved my husbands life! And Lupita I'm new to MFP too and maybe try adding each ingredient like 5 carrots, 1 leaf of Kale/Romaine, 3 Apples, 1…

"If i were at 17% bf I'd be slowly bulking & adding muscle"? Is not the look I want. I've been 103 before. The 40 pounds I gained was excess baby weight. So 110-115lbs is totally reasonable and a healthy weight to get back to for me. My trainer agrees.

It is comp levels, I agree. But it's my own personal goals and also the look I'm going for. I'm only 5'2 & I do not want to look bulky. I've compared my CW height & weight to other fitness girls who've attained it and it's what I want
