I love these! In Canada they've been gone for a while due to a labelling issue and should be back in a week or 2. I miss them so! They've been gone about a month and I've been substituting Pure Protein bars. But they don't keep me satiated for as long.

You have down 5'1". Is that correct? Seems very low for height and stats.

5'1", started at 140 lbs, now 124lbs after 215 days or so of tracking food and lifting.

I feel you man. Also Crohns over here but haven't been really sick since my early 20s (40 now). So hard to gain when you can't handle eating. Take care!

I'm in. Plan for once a week, and not to excess. I have an issue sticking to just 1 or 2. So it's just best if I don't start. I feel so much better, I didn't have any alcohol last week, slept well, had more energy, and didn't have to be reminded of what I said or did. And lost a pound! So I'm in. Will be accountable!

I just started doing weighted hip thrusts, my legs are all bruised from figuring out how to position the bb lol! They have a pad at my gym so I'm good to go now. I've seen another girl use the smith machine also.
