Apple Cider Vinegar

Anyone else do an apple cider vinegar shot everyday? Tastes horrendous but suppose to be good for you. I do a tablespoon with a few ounces of water and sometimes mix in a pinch of truvia.

    Good for what?
It does absolutely squat for weight loss.

Can you specify in what way you think it's good for you?

Good in what way? It's useless for weight loss, and other health benefits are mostly anecdotal.(I know that someone on these boards said it worked for some digestive issue that escapes me; maybe they'll post here.) It's a low-calorie flavor enhancer, though; great in a cole slaw dressing, or for curdling milk as a buttermilk substitute. And put it in a jar with a bit of honey and it'll trap fruit flies.

Throw it on a salad, it’s good then.

Raw, unfiltered cider vinegar is probiotic...that's about it. Lots of better ways to get your probiotics IMO. If you're drinking pasteurized cider vinegar, it has nothing particularly beneficial to you.

It makes my hair all nice and shiny and soft. Since that's good for my self-esteem... does it count as good for you?

ETA: not by drinking it, but by rubbing it into my hair and then rinsing it out. Before anyone misunderstands

I throw it on popcorn sometimes instead of butter. But it has zero benefits.
