  • Ended up losing nearly 4lbs from last week so that's a start! I did horrible on doing much exercise last week so I'm trying to do better with that this week. Off to a good start so far!

  • Met with my personal trainer last night....I had trouble wanting to go - but after i left the gym, i felt soooo good! Also, did you guys know that its possible for even your armpits to be sore??? SO SORE all over today!!
