I just read your profile you said your doing lots of exercise if thats so then you need to eat more most people on here advise half the calories that MFP give you also if your that tired have a look at the amount of protein you are getting is it enough A small amount of protein at every meal should help some .

@BigChangeNeeded I did a Les Mills Body Pump class this morning 60 mins what details do you need to convert it or if its an app can you tell me what it is and i can convert it myself save you the time and hassle :) Keen for this challenge the biggest loser one i'm in atm finishes this week .. cheers sharon

I build mine into my day i was the same when i started so I had to cut back and replace with other healthier foods & I found a gourmet yogurt with real raspberry's in it . I have that and 30 grams of real raspberries nearly every night . I also have the small Protein FX locarb mini protein bars choc caramel - they are 105…

Hi Tiffini there is lots of info on here , add lots of people for motivation , also lots of us have open diaries so you can see what we kind of eating plan we are doing i look when im stuck for ideas etc ... logging every single thing you eats is what works & weigh everything even those who have been maintaining for years…

I also weigh in every day but I use an app called MY weight on my phone the reason is I found in the beginning I was losing weight 1 one and then nothing for the the next 2 weeks then I found this app and it has a cool graph on it that shows all the ups and downs and now I can see my trends better I'm also a bit of a tech…

Italy would fabulous having not been there and I'm in for all 3 as long as I can do gym classes instead I walk between 3000 and 5000 steps a day but only for work not exercise
