Hi Tiffini there is lots of info on here , add lots of people for motivation , also lots of us have open diaries so you can see what we kind of eating plan we are doing i look when im stuck for ideas etc ... logging every single thing you eats is what works & weigh everything even those who have been maintaining for years still go back and weigh stuff ..Using cups as measures is deceiving & can really blow your day and you wont even know it .
