@KrazedBemused Wow!! Yes get on those skates joining a league is so much fun and there is a set time and day when your able to skate. It'd be lots of fun just skating with someone near me or a group of people just skating and practicing outside.

I want to get in shape so bad for roller derby! And yet that alone is just not enough. I'm not a team but my thinking is once I'm on a team then I'll work towards it even harder. I'm weighing myself on some weekly basis and I lost 6 lbs but then gained 3lbs. Arghhh. Here's to continuing the struggle!

Oh so it is weight neutral then? No that's the only medication I'm taking. My glad that it not a weight gainer. I just need to increase my exercising and really complete a clean nutritious diet. Yay+ I'm so glad I got this app. I've been really good in logging in foods and exercises.

I'm not sure what yo you dieting is. Is it calorie counting and logging in? I jog, bicycle and lift weights as exercise. And the only foods I've changed was cutting out fast foods, sweets, chips, beers, red meat, and sodas. I've done this a lot in high school but I didn't think much of it until now.

I believe your an ideal weight. I agree with shadow, your fine with that weight. I'd love to weigh that much. Lift some weights and you'll feel good and strong.
