Hello

I'm new to this, and I need a body that's my weight and height trying to lose major weight.

I'm 22 years old
H:5'5"
W:170

G:125

I know it takes time but this is the most I weight my entire life.

    You got this. Make sure you track,weigh and measure everything you eat and try to keep your junk food consumption down. Do whatever it takes to get yourself moving on a daily basis. Most people might disagree with me but, I think its important to weigh/record your weight once a week always at the same time (morning) after you wake up and after you use the restroom and before you eat. The scale will always go up and down this is normal it allows you to catch yourself before you spiral out of control( i.e. )you keep gaining week after week this should turn a light bulb on that something in your diet/exercise or life has changed and you need to revisit your tracker to get control.

    Don't worry about your current body work towards your new body and healthier life style your young enjoy the process.

    That's a really good advice!!

    I am tired of this weight, at times I feel like this is not my body and I really want to weigh at least 130lbs.
