I can honestly say I've tried it all! My boyfriend is an avid seafood eater Andi always get conned into taking a bite! Lol its just not my thing :(

So is the fitbit as accurate as the the polar? And what about calories burned during weight training?

The main thing I want is something to track my calories burned during my workouts. The fitbit zip seems pretty good!

I started off at 240 lbs middle of January, currently down to 218. I log every single thing I eat. I know some are very strict about weighing food, but I don't. That eating late makes you fat and slows down your metabolism... People don't realize as long as your staying calorie defecit in your diet it doesn't matter what time of the day you eat :)

I've lost 20 lbs in a bit over a month and shooting to lose 70 more. But hopefully the cheat night won't put me too far in the negative! :)

Right... I do okay at 1270. I don't feel restricted or hungry. Just want to make sure I'm not slowing the metabolism down if I'm not eating enough calories in a day.

Yeah I accidentally did enter 140 but changed it to 240. They had me at 1290. Then when I lost 20 I changes it to 220 and it put me at 1200 cals. I ups the cals a bit though.

I'm 5'6... So I should lose maybe about a pound a week here soon? Mfp had me eating 1200 a day but I thought that was a bit low. I adjusted it to 1270 and I'm pretty comfortable with that.

I started at 240. Down to 220. I'm eating 1270 calories a day and eat back my calories burned during exercise.

Great ideas!! Is lunch meat alright to eat while on a diet? And what kind? I'm guessing chicken or turkey is probably the healthiest :)
