Can I eat whatever I want?
This may be a dumb question, but as long as I stay in my daily calorie defecit, can I eat whatever I want no matter how “unhealthy”?

Hello friends! So I stayed under my calorie deficit today (yay!) but went over my daily allowed fat grams. (Over by -7). Will this make a difference? Or am I okay since I still stayed under my calorie deficit?

Low carb high protein diet ideas
Just got word from my doctor that I need to get on a high protein low carb diet. (Diabetic prevention) Does anyone have any tips, ideas, meal plans etc for this? I'm not gonna lie, I love my sweets and pasta!! Lol but at a loss on how I can make this work. Thanks for any ideas!

I cant sweat!

I pulled a muscle in my back today and have a sharp pain! But I REALLY need to go to the gym! Will working out make my back pain better or worse? My go to cardio is about 30-40 mins on the elliptical.

fish.. yuck!
I can't be the only who HATES seafood? I know fish is important in healthy eating because it's considered "good fat" but I just can't eat the stuff! Does anyone think if I worked in some fish supplements into my diet I'll get the same benefits?

Fitbit alternative?
Does anyone know of an alternative to the fitbit? From what I've seen online they are pretty pricey, so I'm wondering if there is a "generic" version with the same benefits as the fitbit?

how to log calories after midnight?

I'm 225 lbs and 5'6. I work out 2-3 times a week. And im obviously a female. How many calories should I eat a day to lose weight?! Here it's telling me 1200 calories a day but that seems pretty low. Or maybe I'm wrong? Help!
