Went to a works do yesterday at an 'all you can eat' restaurant. I knew in advance I'd have to do more and eat less for the next few days to make up for it. But it's a once a year event. There were some healthy choices there but I chose to repair the 'damage' afterwards! ;)

May 31 - again about 1.5 litres of plain water. Doing this challenge has shown me that if I force myself to drink 2 litres I spend the day needing the loo. Maybe if I do this again when the hot weather really starts I'll find myself naturally drinking 2 litres without effort.

May 29 - about 1.5 litres of plain water, about half of that hot water which I find goes down more easily.

Did all these although I didn't walk as many steps as I do during the week. Lost weight for the 5th weigh-in in a row since October last year. I always have in mind what I might weigh and still get a nice surprise when I see the figures. I'm finding hot water goes down more easily than cold water.
