Totally agree! And I go by how intense I'm feeling. I trust the stair machine because after 10 min I am completely spent and it's just really difficult. It says I burn 10cal/per min on it and that feels about right. At and incline on the treadmill when entering weight and age I burn about 5 cals/min and it's much less…

1200 isn't a magical number. You have to run the individuals numbers BMR and TDEE ., And go from there. 1200 could be dangerously low for some and just maintenance for others,

Not a super dramatic transformation but I'm hacking along. On the left 8/14 on right today 4/16. Had some set backs but have lost 13 lbs so far.

I've had success calorie cycling but I'd be considered a moderate to low carber any way (30-90). The thing I don't like about it is you gain water weight and can have crazy fluctuations (women retain more than men) which really turned me off.

I work out in some way everyday. Usually gym 6 days a week. Right now just cardio to lose the fat. Stair, bike, treadmill on intervals . when I'm bored at home I do planks and mountain climbers to strength my core or 10 min interval video on YouTube .
