I have the same troubles! I try to log my sweet treats at the biginning of the day so i can calculate a fair amount (not too much) and then eat a little throughout the day to satisfy my cravings. I also do light exercise, I try to walk as much as I can so I will have more caleries free for snacks. I hopes this helps you!

If anything you could view your diary on pc and then take a print screen of the image and paste it in paint and print it that way? or copy and paste the whole page into microsoft word.

find a hobby that you can pour yourself into when you're feeling down. Another thing I love to do is watch or lookup funny things on youtube or tumblr to help me feel better. Also remind yourself that if you pass up those sweets in the store, you're also saving money! (aside from saving your tummy)

Good idea! I should keep healthier snacks around and maybe preserve more calories for snacking
