MamaSunflowers Week 2 Pw 147.7 CW 147 Goal for this week - reduce alcohol consumption compared to previous weeks. It has been creeping up lately, both through use as a means to relax after hard days and as an enjoyment, sitting outside having lunch after a long walk now the weather is glorious (round 80f).

PW: 148 CW.148.1 I had family visiting at the weekend and last week featured beers on more days than I would like. Definitely need to cut back on that if I want to make any progress. @JenAWhite hahahaha yep that's me! What can I say... I like walking. I walk my dog in the morning and often evenings too, take my baby for a walk in the pushchair in the afternoons and like to get my NEAT in during the day.

My first run since I was 5 months pregnant (my girl is now 13 months.. it took me a long time to start again).
