Hi, I am starting over again too. I am losing weight but not fast enough. I work out twice a week but my diet is letting me down. Feel free to add me. I am going to try and incorporate a kettle bell workout too .

Hi All, Since I have join myfitnesspal I have noticed how many times before I use to finish off my daughters meals if she didn't finish everything on her plate. This must have contributed greatly to my weight gain. If any of you guys do this too, try not to. Its a bad habit.

It might work for the short term. However in the long term you want to beable to eat normally without Slimfast and lose weight. Maybe concentrating in changing your lifestyle completely without it may be the way forward.

Hi there, I completely understand where you are coming from. I work in a office which has loads of biscuits and cakes brought in every day. I have resisted so far but it is difficult. To overcome this urge, I reach for the water on my desk instead. Feel free to add me for support.

I too want to reduce mine. Your body decides which order the fat is taken from, there is nothing much we can do. Running should do it. We have to lose the weight overall, then they will shrink.

I am in the same position, I was told that multivitamins help so I have started taking skin, hair and nails supplements. Also try B Complex vitamins
