Hi all! Managed to do my 2nd slow (I mean slower than turtle) run yesterday. Piriformis is still in pain but it's getting better, I can feel it. I will continue this way, try and if in pain stop asap. 1/2: 5.7k 1/14: 5k 10.7k/80k Noway to do 80k but hey, I must leave something for next year right? Stay hydrated!

Hi all! Ok, thats it. As it occurred for most of you, it is now my turn to be injured mostly from my own stupidity. I pushed myself too hard the previous week and now I am paying the price. Pain persist at hip/pelvis area and no matter what I do it is there to remind me that the body has limits I should not surpass. So I…

You see I am a day behind and I missed 114 posts not just 50  In any case, my target for this month is 200k again, I hope I'll make it, cause it seems that I have a problem in my hip-glute area. We'll see! 12/1: 10.6k -Easy- 12/2: 14.1k -Easy- 24.7k/200k Stay hydrated!…
