I would go get yourself a vitamin B complex and magnesium supplements, drink lots of water and you should see a vast improvement

My work schedule is all over the clock so one day my workout is at 1030pm, the next day it might be at 8am. To me it doesn't really matter as long as you do your workout. As Leslie Sansone says " the best time to workout is the time your doing it!"

It just nice when you have a bad day for someone to tell you it's ok, or when you did an amazing work out to say, nice job! I'm a bit of a loner, I tend to shy away from people in general but sometimes it's just nice to have someone outside of my small circle acknowledge something I do.

Get some moleskin from the drugstore it's under $5 you can use as much or as little as needed and has helped save my poor ankles from blisters billions of times. Advice from my retired usmc boyfriend who used them daily on active duty

I do the Leslie Sansone workout DVDs. She also has some videos up on YouTube. Some of her workouts incorporate training with the resistance band. Some of her dvds come with a band. You can buy most of the dvds at Walmart for $12-$15

People these days eat straight up crap. Chips, soda, hot dogs, McDonald's, and everything else. Never a veggie or a fruit oh how about some old fashioned water and a good run around the block. Take account for the things you consume or they will consume you with obesity and disease.

I am just about 145lbs 5ft 6in woman and 1300 cals is not enough for me!!! I raised my intake to about 1500. you need to eat. raise your calorie intake to about 1800- 2000 and see what happens. OHHHH and if your working out and it says you burned 300 cals, dont go eat them back. its 1300 and thats it. dont eat the calories burned. youll stay the same or gain.

your probably building some muscle, or your near that time of the month. chill!! get a food scale and make sure your portions are good. you would be surprised at what on ounce or half a cup acually is. keep working out, keep eating healthy and it will happen. 1300 cals a day seems kind of low.
