Newbie... kind of.

I have been on MFP before then stopped. I didnt take it seriously the first time around and I guess life just got the better of me. Well needless to say I packed on about 20 lbs. I knew I was eating some bad things, but 20lbs worth. something needed to change. some time in 2015 I discovered the Leslie Sansone DVDs and I fell in love. I started working out with them, bought a fitbit and started to get more active. well once again, life happened and I stopped.
Now I am back. I got my fitbit, a serious Leslie workout library, and im back on MFP and Ill tell ya what, its coming all together. I have been working out for a month, back here for the last week and I really am starting to notice changes. this is very exciting. new friends and motivation are always welcome.
