Thanks for the replies. I run on a treadmill for 30 minutes 4 times a week for exercise and I've been doing that steadily for the last 2months. I'll bear all that in mind thank you. I thought if I ate more in the evenings especially carbs to make up the calories it would add more weight. That's my problem too, lost 3 & half stone 2 years ago but 2 stone has crept back on & it's proving more difficult to get it to go away this time :( but the jelly wobble has got to go......I'm not buying the next size up again!!! Lol
