Stomach area

Hi, I know that when you diet and exercise that the last area to go is usually the stomach but I wondered if there were any specific exercises to help in this area. Any ideas?

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. If only we could.
You can do some exercises that target that area to help build the muscle (though in a deficit, you will be building at an extremely slow rate). Core/ab exercise, resistance training, lifting weights can all help.0 -

As already said, you cannot spot reduce. However, you can make your stomach muscles more prominent and help that fat go away. I just started on an ab program my trainer gave me. It's a killer but it's working. My stomach is so stubborn and I am seeing my abs fast. Find a good ab workout...keep eating well and working out and eventually it will work. If it can work for me at 51, it can work for anyone.1
