The same thing happened to me! I was 135.8, and then the scale said 137.2 while I had monitored calories. I honestly think water weight, being bloated ect. Plays a large role

This happens to me! I'm 5'5 135 pounds, and burn about 3500 calories a week, but a lot of times I'm dizzy and lose vision for a second when I stand. Sometimes this happens when you stand too fast, or if you're not eating enough. If suggest increasing your calories if it bothers you.

This messes with me a little bit because she has a similar, slightly better body than me. I've worked very hard to get here and I'm still unhappy and now I come to find it's considered "plus size"? Rediculous. She looks great.

It's not really a recipie but last time we went I went really healthy because we bought frozen grilled chicken breasts and cooked them at the site with some new potatoes and green beans!

Many times I eat chocolate or peanut butter granola bars, there's also mock ice cream which is frozen fruit blended with a little almond milk and sometimes protein powder. Also fruit with Splenda is great.

Well I usually look at how many calories noodles have + sauce and any meat. I don't suppose the calories would change...depends on the brand.

It depends. I'm not vegan, I love meat and it is quite filling. However if it's not white meat, I can only eat a little or else I feel sick. I'm vegetarian 3 days a week and eat meat 4 days, it's hard but it is fewer calories. I love meat though lol plus protein benefits

5'5 135 pounds US size 4-7 it depends for me.

That happens to me if I don't eat enough, too light, or if I'm dehydrated. You probably felt nausea because of eating only a little bit. I know it seems crazy lol, just maybe eat something a little more solid next time and you should be fine.

The 1200 plan is not easy! I know you don't want to hear it, but maybe add a few more calories and see how it works for you. It ended up being better for me. If you're not down for that pickles have like 5 calories in one so they're a good snack.

5'5 137 lbs long legs, short torso. Larger frame. (Depending on brand) U.S. Pants 4-9 but mostly 7. Medium to small in tops and 7 in dresses
