Feeling nauseous after workout?

Hi, I'm a lurker here and I have a question. So today I did a 16minute workout from Fitnessblender. It's a total body toning workout based on strength training, for beginners. Low impact.
At the end though I felt really nauseous and I had to pause the cool down to lay down for a while. This hasn't happened to me before while working out, although that's been a while back so I guess I'm pretty unfit. Any ideas as to why I felt so nauseous afterwards? I didn't eat before hand except for 3 dried figs 2 hours before.

It's not like i ate nothing. i work out in the evening before dinner. So i had breakfast lunch and that was my afternoon snack. I used to be able to work out fine while fasting with absolutely nothing in my stomach.0

That happens to me if I don't eat enough, too light, or if I'm dehydrated. You probably felt nausea because of eating only a little bit. I know it seems crazy lol, just maybe eat something a little more solid next time and you should be fine.0

Eat more. I get nauseous when I don't eat before exercising.0
