Started at 257lbs, I'm at 253lbs now. According to my Doctor I'm supposed to be 145lbs. Now am I gonna get there? I don't know...lol.. but right about now, anything under 200 I would love. Count me in

Ok, I made veggie spaghetti with beef meatballs and turkey kielbasa. Now should I log how many pieces of meat, how much sauce, and spaghetti noodles? Things like that. If it's making any sense.
