Hi everyone! I felt so bloated this morning that I really didn't want to weigh myself but I did and this is my update.

I didn't see the biggest loss this week but even the smallest loss is a victory! I already got my workout in for today (30 min elliptical, 30 min bike, 15 min stair climber). I'm hoping switching up my routine will lead to bigger losses in the upcoming weeks. I let myself have way to many cheat snacks this week so I'm going to hold myself accountable and try to do better this week. Remember weightloss isn't linear and we're all in it for the long run! I can't wait to hear about y'all's progress7 -
3/11: 278.4 lbs
Goals for this week:
1) keep my carb intake under 50 net carbs
2) drink 8+ cups of water daily
3) workout at least 5 time for at least 30 minutes5 -
I'm on day 4 of Keto. So far I've lost about 5 lbs (of mainly water weight, I know - motivating none the less. )

As someone who loves dem carbs, so far so good maintaining 20g or less, net. Optimistic for a good year. I'm headed to Vegas in a month so I'm trying to game plan because I know 20g is unrealistic but until then, fingers crossed.3 -
Once i added pruvit keto packs a day, the fat flew off3

I have 100 to lose and started today. I felt so disgusted when I looked in the mirror today. I decided on the Keto diet.3

I am currently 226 pounds. I don't want this anymore. I am depressed all the time. I have tried everything and here I am. I'm asking for help because I'm lost. I have started Arbonne. I'm trying to kick all those negative and nasty habits. #foodaddict5

I would love to join as well...starting weight back in mid January was 278. Started the Juice Plus program and their “Shred 10” challenges - currently finishing off my 3rd one and was down to 262 this morning. Started a fitness program tonight that I won at a healthy living expo - 40 day challenge! We’ll see how it goes. My short term goal weight for end of May is 250 (my oldest son’s graduation). @English_mum I am counting calories on here. Usually keeping it close to 1200-1300 calories a day. I also go to the gym and walk for 45 minutes getting atleast 2.2 miles 4 times a week. The. I do some leg, arm and ab work every time I go as well. I really think the keeping track of the calorie input is the most important... I don't do any pills or shakes... trying to make this a lifestyle, not just a diet1

I have made mini goals to celebrate along the way before I hit ultimate goal of 160. My first mini goal is 250 by the end of this month. I am 251.8 as of this morning. I know that 1.8 is doable in two weeks, but I am headed on vacation until Wednesday... no pre planned meals. This will be a good test to see if I am making this a lifestyle change and not just a diet. If I am going to reach and maintain 160 then I have to make a lifestyle change and not just be on a diet4

You can do it on vacay!! Just remember how hard you have already worked. No food is worth it! Good luck!0

Hi everyone!! I'm back with another update. If you didn't know, this week I went away on a service trip. I had no control over what I could eat and no access to a gym. My weightloss journey is about so much more than a number on a scale. I want to change my lifestyle and this week really tested my ability creatively stay active and control myself when it comes to portions. My goal for the week was to at least maintain my weight so I was super excited when I saw a loss of 3.4 lbs from last Saturday!
HW: 300 SW: 268.8 LW: 250.2 CW: 246.8
I'm hoping to hit my next goal weight, 230 lbs, before I head home for summer vacation in two months.
Wishing y'all the best in your journeys5 -
I'm in...I have about 100 pounds to lose and would like to lose 2 pounds per week. My ultimate goal is to be at a normal weight for my 5'3" petite frame (which on the higher side is 141 pounds). I guess my first weight goal is to just reach onederland which is 32 pounds away. thanks for starting this group, for everyone who is making it active and being there for each other.
I will weigh in on Saturday. my first weigh in is today 3.17.18 St Patricks Day, first day of my journey
Start Weight: 231 lbs on 3.17.18
weight goal is 141 lbs
03-17-2018: 231 pounds 90 pounds to go!!!
fitness goal is to increase my walking with my fit bit...I have no idea what my normal steps are so I will make it my goal to start out with 2000 steps and increase by 500 steps per day until I reach 4000. at that time I will decide if I want to increase it to 10000.
water goal...6 cups day
diet goal...to eat 3 meals per day plus one snack, stay within my calories, 5 vegies or fruits per day, and to journal everything I put in my mouth
goal is to be as active as possible with decrease in sitting around and increase in doing something while i'm awake.4 -
I would also like to join this thread/group.

GW:160ish
I joined a group called T.O.P.S. (taking off pounds sensibly). I have also been logging my food on here. And lastly I bought a fitbit to track my steps, exercise, etc.
Wishing everyone the best of luck on this journey.3 -
Hello. I hope this isn’t to late to join. I am very new to all of this. I just really need to change my life for the better. My current weight is 332 my goal is 190.. I am going to try to work on what I eat because I am a very picky eater and only like things that are considered bad for diets, portion control, and going to the gym 4-5 times a week. It’s nice to meet everyone. If anyone wants to add me feel free. Like I said I’m really new to this and could use a weight loss buddy or any tips. ♥️7

Late to the party here, but I started at about 220 lbs in December (5'6" height, 62 yrs old) and am now basically vegan (as of Feb 7th 2018) and eating a plant-based diet plus juicing, and am weighing now about 207 lbs. I can do only light, gentle exercise due to stenosis in my back, fibromyalgia, and other issues. Go, everybody here, go! We can DO this!!4

I would love to join you guys!1

I am making many life style changes, and have been eating much better. I have been trying to go to the workout 3-4 times a week. I will increase this...but now life is crazy! This week has been more difficult because of wonderful bloating and cramping. Great being a woman! LOL! I will weigh in every Monday (I'm in a weight loss competition with my department at work and that's our check in day!!) Best of luck to everyone!3 -
Not quite 100lbs to lose but not far off! I'm 222lbs today and I'd like to get down to 135lbs.1
-
I lost near 50 from 236 -> 180ish about 2 years ago. Gained it all back plus extra (whoops). So now I'm at 243 and keep fluctuating between 242-247 and have for about two months now fff...
so yeah
currently at 243
goal 1 is 200
goal 2 is 180
goal 3 150 and probably my end goal, not sure yet. That or 145.2 -
This is a very motivating group for me.
HW: 331
CW: 312

At 5'6" my BMI target weight would be at 160. But first things first.
My goal is to be at 210 pounds by St. Patricks Day 2019.
I had success once from 335 to 250 but gained almost all of it back.
Last time chasing this goal. Once I get there I'm not going back.
Spring break this week -- lots of chances for steps.
Short goal -- 2 weeks -- 10k steps each day until Easter.
Be below 309 by Easter (3 lbs in 2 weeks).
We got this....4
