  • I really don't think MFP is accurate... When I start my cool down on the treadmill at a brisk walk for 10-15 minutes its only about 50 cals on the machine (monitoring my heart rate) but MFP tries to say 84-100 lol that would be nice. I'm thinking the most accurate would be a fit bit though.
