I have found that saying I "cant" have a food is my downfall. I do so good for a few days then end up eatting 3 days worth of calories in one sitting. If I portion, track, and work my butt off in the gym then I don't have to turn down my cravings! Don't beat yourself up. Best of luck!!!!

My "go to" is 1 cup whole milk 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder (I use the Giant brand which is surprisingly delicious! ) 2 Tablespoons almond butter 1.5 cups raw spinach 8 baby carrots 8-10 ice cubes If your ever had the high protein almond mocha from smoothie king it's very similar but more nutritional value!

@Rocknut53 I totally agree! It's 100% a mental challenge. I know what works, I lost 50 lbs in 2014. Then gained 30 back in 2015! It's just a matter of willpower! Good luck!!!!

In the same boat! And for whatever reason it is so much harder this time!!!!

It's really a daily mental struggle! 1-2 days a week I have a "day" where it's mindless regretful eating! Today I had nutty bars and cookie dough bites for lunch :( then end up in the gym for hours. Luckily I'm able to hop back to my healthy ways but I know it's delaying my progress! Tomorrow is a new day, good luck!!

Motivation is so helpful! I took a 6 month downward spiral and finding it so hard to get back on track! Feel free to add me :)

I struggle daily with this also! It's a terrible cycle and unfortunately usually emotional not necessarily about the food. Good luck and know your not alone!!

Motivation and accountability is always needed here!! My husband brings home chocolate chip cookies which are fresh out of the oven EVERY day from work. I have avoided them for 10 days now..... total torture! Lol good luck!!!!

I also am attempting to get back on track. In 2014 I lost 55lbs. Since my wedding in January of 2015, I gained 30 back! The raw food diet really worked last time and I'm praying it will this time too! Just need some motivation. Good luck!!
