    You might try to save a bit of money and just go with a protein shake powder from walmart or target.
    Some of that GNC stuff can cost $3 a serving or more.
    Pure Protein is not bad if you use a mini mixer and make it with skim milk.

    Lean1 Chocolate Peanut Butter. Chocolate is a close second.

    Don't buy it in store. It's $37. Amazon has it cheaper. So does their website, nutrition53, because you can bundle and save (get 2 for $40, 6 for $99, etc).

    My "go to" is
    1 cup whole milk
    1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder (I use the Giant brand which is surprisingly delicious! )
    2 Tablespoons almond butter
    1.5 cups raw spinach
    8 baby carrots
    8-10 ice cubes
    If your ever had the high protein almond mocha from smoothie king it's very similar but more nutritional value!
