Never used a keto diet for powerlifting. Mainly because hitting my weight hasnt been too much of an issue as i compete at 232 (which the weights changed this year in WA state i believe) but i moved so not sure. jacobs ladder is a killer, also if your gym has a pool, swimming is excellent cardio. Try looking into HIIT programs like Jim Stoppani's HIIT 100. Not your typical cardio, yet HIIT training has a huge effect on cardio.
