I know there is a lot on the list, I am o positive. I am doing some of the foods and drinking a lot less of coffee and started the green tea. My stomach is not hurting so much, I am also taking kelp. Not sure if it is an appetite suppression but I am not so hungry. Taking calcium with magnesium not feeling any different.…

I am also new, so I think I will try and keep it at the 100. Then work on dropping it. I am not diabetic, just needing to loose weight and strengthen my back muscles.

I have tried diet beverages over the years, diet Dr Pepper in a 12 oz bottle helps to keep the craving for sugar in check. I don't drink it every day, I have noticed that I have bad acid indigestion after wards. Coffee and unsweetened tea is what I prefer other than lots of water.

I am going to the gym twice a week working on three days. Start out with 30 minutes biking and then 30 minutes using different weight machines to strengthen my back muscles.

I am new to LC, and I am also doing a 30 minute cardio work out and follow it with a 25 minute strength work out. My question is how can I tell how much calories I have lost in the one hour work out?
