I do a massive stir fry. Usually at dinner when I don't have a lot of calories left for the day. I love veggies. I usually drown in pepper and sprinkle tumeric on it all while it cooks as well. Veggies are great because you get to eat a lot of them without breaking the caloric budget. Learn to love em. Find your favorites!…

I eat cottage cheese everyday! I like to mix with nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans) sometimes pumpkin seeds and some berries (black, blue, rasp, straw). I also mix in peanut butter powder and/or cocoa powder. Always sprinkle cinnamon on top.

I eat PB everyday too. Bread though? I've been fear mongered into avoiding it

To clear things up... It was a 60 calorie pita I used to make a pizza. The breads macros 2g fat 9g carbs (4g fiber) 6g protein. Joseph's Bakery brand. Very easy to make that fit my macros but I haven't had bread/pizza since August '15, so it was a mental struggle to convince myself to eat it.
