Try to limit it to once a week. Or try to substitute it for something that is sweet but have fewer calories, like a piece of fruit or protein bar. You can do it, it is mind over matter.

It sounds like you are in a plateau, your body is thinking it's at a good place and doesn't want to change. Try to giving it a little bit of time. Less pressure on yourself may help too. Too much stress.

Try to limit your food by counting calories.

Try a good treadmill incline workout. Try 2 minutes at 0 and then 5 minutes on 21 incline at 2.0 speed, then back down to 0 for 2 minutes, then 24 incline 2.0 speed for 5 minutes, then back down at 0 for 2 minutes, then back up to 27 for 5 minutes and then back down at 0 for two minutes and up to 30 incline for 2 minutes.

Find stuff that is low in sodium and stick to those. Anything processed is going to have more and so try to stay away from those.

It's ok to have a cheat day every once in a while. However, it is hard when you have been eating really well and then eat not so healthy options. Your body tend to get sick because it is not used to it. Keep up the good work!
